Journey Back Home ~ 12-Week Exploration
Service Description
12 inner child healing sessions, held once a week over 12 weeks. Journey Back Home is an unconditionally loving and safe space to experience Inner Child Healing, where you will heal, re-discover, and empower yourself. In these sessions, we will discover childhood experiences, wounds, and conditioning that are keeping you stuck in the past, in survival mode, experiencing low self-esteem and self-worth. You will learn how to love and accept yourself unconditionally, which will heal these experiences, wounds, and conditioning, help you let them go and have less influence over your life, show you your unconditioned self, and improve your self-esteem and self-worth. We won't be in contact in-between sessions for you to practice being there for yourself on your journey; instead, note anything that comes up between sessions for us to discuss in the following session. Sessions will be coordinated via email. An email will be sent out once this service is booked to set a date and time for our first meeting. Refunds, Scheduling & Session Policy: *48-hour notice is required for session rescheduling - please do your best not to reschedule unless it's an emergency *To reschedule a session, send an email to cathy.peaceetc@gmail.com *All payments are FINAL. NO REFUNDS will be provided. *Session tardiness: If you are late for our session, the session will not be extended to include the time you have missed. For instance, if you were 15 minutes late for a 45-minute session, we have 30 minutes together.
