*48-hour notice is required for session rescheduling or cancellation to accommodate other clients.

*All payments are FINAL. NO REFUNDS will be provided for session rescheduling and cancellations.
*Session tardiness: If you are late for our session, the session will not be extended to include the time you have missed. For instance, if you were 15 minutes late for a 45-minute session, we have 30 minutes together.
*For recurring clients - Energy Healing and Discovery Sessions: If you were late for a session once without a valid reason (like in the case of an emergency) and are late for your next session, please know that I will not be working with you further after the second session.
*Bookings are made through bank transfers. Details will be sent to your email after booking a session. Please ensure that you send your payment at the same time as you book your session and send a confirmation eg. screenshot or receipt to cathy.peaceetc@gmail.com. The session is ONLY confirmed AFTER I receive your payment in full. I DO NOT take responsibility for extra bank transfer fees. To avoid high fees, I highly recommend using WISE transfer or the like.
